What is the right way of increasing quality back link from other website?

You may increase the quality back links with the help of some guide lines....

Like: Back links must be Theme based and anchor text of your link must be a keyword.

You should exchange links of your website with high Page Rank websites

place your website link on that web page that should have less than 45 outbound links. A web page having more than 100 outbound links may be considered as link farm, link spam by the search engines and if you place the link on that website, you may not get the benefit as you are required.

Joined the forum comments on blog and joined the high pr book marking sites.

Check the backlink of the website on which you create backlink, it's page rank, traffic on website.....

First find the similar type of website links having high PR about 3 or 4 and the try to make backlink either one way or 2 way.
