Is there any tool to determine my google rank upon a certain phrase, when that rank is way low, even hundreds of pages in?
I'm just about to start a google campaign on a competitive phrase. This phrase brings up just over a million results right now. So that I can track my progress, I'd like to locate my current google ranking, and how it changes over time.
Since this campaign is just starting, I can imagine how the page is showing up at spot 900,000 out of a million hits. As you can imagine, I don't want to fish through thousands of pages to find where I rank at the moment.
Then, I want to see if my efforts are having a positive effect. So, I want to chart my improvements over time, even if it's still way off. So, if my position improves from 900,000 to 800,000 to 700,000, I still want to be aware of that.
Can you recommend a tool that locates my google rank for a specific phrase, even when my ranking is very low among a million plus hits?
