How will Google consider this link? Will it be considered a high PR link or an ordinary link? I'd like to get your opinions on this. Thanks in advance.

It ll count as ordinary link.Because PR ll only share from that page on which link is placed. So try to place your link on page which have some PR.
Thanks!
